WFOF, WELCOMES YOU

Practice rooted in culture. Normalizing mental health treatment

Our mission is to offer and provide psychotherapy services to the vulnerable, underserved communities of color, African and Caribbean descent.

To combat stigma and break generational trauma by creating, promoting and engaging in opportunities to normalize mental health struggles and treatment within communities of color.

The practice will bring an eclectic therapeutic approach to the work, practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and Psycho-education.

"Out of the mountain of despair, a stone of hope."
