HERDINE CHERIDOR, LCSW
Clinician (Under supervision of Tracey Taldon, LICSW)
Many people hesitate to believe in therapy because they doubt their ability to change. They may envision an "ideal" version of themselves and feel too far removed from that image, whether due to their behavior or emotional state. I do this work because I believe in each person's potential, their journey, and their capacity for growth.
As a therapist, my goal is to meet you wherever you are and create a space that prioritizes your well-being. This may involve learning new skills, reframing thought patterns, or processing emotions and past experiences. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to empower clients in their healing, growth, and self-discovery. My practice is centered on individuals—both men and women—who have often been told they are "too much" when they express themselves. I have experience working with survivors of trauma, community violence, mood disorders, and relationship challenges, providing relational and supportive therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.
